ok im thinking about trying a beef stew recipe but they ask for chuck roast. what kind of chuck exactly should i buy? Chuck, Arm Pot Roast, blade roast, clod roast? the recipes i've seen all ask for chuck roast or they ask for bottom round, which one is best for beef stew? i like when the meat is really tender

People I'm also very sad to announce I'm giving my prescious dog Winnie away because I'm just too allergic to her :crying: I feel so bad leaving her in her cage so much and I think she'll be happier with people that can play with her all the time without having to take tons of allergy meds first. I have her until Tuesday and then she goes to a girl that works with my mom.

Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.
