Tickeling is a sign of healing. My Mom was going nuts when her breast was amputated and she had a 25cm scar across her chest. Just don't scratch or try to take the scab off.

Best thing for it is Bepanthen. Makes wounds heals faster, reduces tension/ cracking of the dry scab and reduces scarring.

Also works wonders on rug burn.

Bepanthen is AMAZING! I bought some when Julia recommended it to me, and used it on my tattoo. It healed amazingly fast, no itching, scabbing and no infection. Can't recommend it enough!
