we bbq low heat for hours. bbq in brazil is like a celebration, people get together, we start with at at 10am and it takes hours to be ready. the meat is so tender and juicy, yummy.

it's not like here, charles for example starts the grill and put the steak in it and it's done after 10 min.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

quick and fast or slow and good. each method has it's good points:lol:

have you considered a crock pot? when I want to cook something slow (for hours) or create a meaty soup stock (with minimal attention required) ... the pot comes out of the closet and gets fired up. basically ... it's ... load it, cover it, turn it on, and forget about it till later.

crock pot is good for pregnant people, busy people, and lazy people. sometimes i put an entire frozen chicken in mine and decide what to do with it when it's done

morning. and yum at brazilian style carne assada. Laura, do you know what kind of beef we'd have to buy to make that?

dead?

we have different kinds of steak cuts in brazil, some that we don't have here. that's why i'm asking which one would it be here in the states.

Do the cows in Brazil have different body parts?

i've been debating buying one, because my cooking method is always the faster possible. that's why i like to use a pressure cooker. i can';t really imagine start cooking something at 6 am to eat at 2pm. but for cupim would be a great idea, all i need is a crock pot and find a cupim cut.

well the beauty of a crock pot is you can start food when you leave for work and it's ready when you get home :)
