my phone confuses me. the light flashes different colors for different things. i got the blue light down, that makes sense because it's for bluetooth. there's a yellow/orange light and a red light. must pay more attention so i can figure out which is email, text, and missed call...there's also another color for when it rings but i don't know which color that is. i think i have too many features.

Maybe the red light is for red tooth, the yellow for yellowtooth etc?

 shut up!

morning. and yum at brazilian style carne assada. Laura, do you know what kind of beef we'd have to buy to make that?

that photo kinda looks like flank steak

morning peeps. i did way too much yesterday and today i'm dead tired. i'm going to attempt to go to one class this afternoon.

US uses a primal cut for the area of beef (12 cuts) ... then broken further down (more cuts). the chart is for primal cut.

If you get to the area of the cut you're looking for, it should be easy to find at the store. If not ... the butcher can be your friend  Bring a picture and describe what you're looking for and how it's cut. Most good butchers will be more than happy to work with you.

good idea about taking a pic.

My friend Sally's cancer has returned. Metastasized and nasty. I am brokenhearted. She will move back to Italy with her children to be with them and also have access to medical care without going fvcking broke for what looks like her last months. This is fvcked up, and yes, I am crying. So sue me.

Sally is one of those people that CARE. #######. I wish I was more like her.

wouldn't the hump need to be tenderized? there is the option of a pressure pan or cook all day in a crock pot (if i'm thinking of the correct type of meat)
