morning y'all.

My plan of attack is taking form. i will return to my old bossy evil ways and can Matilda for every little ** up. He is late and I have to open the doors? Email to the Chair and my boss. He does not show up and i have to answer the phones? another email. The copy machines are empty and the MoFo is not around? you guessed it, email.

This ways, not only do i pressure their azzes to get rid of him; but document every darn little thing, provide evidence of this loser's incompetence AND prep myself for my own union rep involvement, if I decide to go that way. Thoughts?

Don't turn into a nuisance. Keep email volume low, report multiple offenses per email if need be.
