Hi guys,

As the foreign fiance, I am moving to new rented accomodation in a couple of weeks. Our I-129F is all ready to go, but am I right in thinking we should hold off a couple of weeks so I will be able to put my new address on the G-325A, thus avoiding the hassle/delays of trying to get my address ammended at a later date?

* If we filed now, how would we get my address ammended once I move? Would this delay our application?

* If we file a couple of days after I'm in my new accomodation, will it raise any eyebrows that I've only lived there a couple of days?

* For the question "Applicant's last address outside the United States of more than one year." on the G-325A, this needs to be an address I've been at for more than 12 months? i.e. if we file after I move, I would not put my new address as the answer, but my current one?

Thanks in advance,

Adam

The only concern I would have is----what mailing address will your forms be mailed to? And by that I mean, that at some point in the process forms will be sent to your foreign address by your consulate. Are you going to use your new address for that?
