Check cashed 2/17

Got all 3 NOA's - 2/21 (Notice date - 2/17, the day the check was cashed)

Appointment for Biometrics NOA - 2/24 - Got appointment for March 6th

Things are moving along. Got appointment for biometrics NOA today. Just wanted to let you guys know.

Got the biometrics done today. No questions asked, was in and out in 25 min. Very peaceful.

Got my NOA in the mail today for EAD and AP but not for the I-485. Since they came in seperate envs I'm assuming the one for I-485 is probably on it's way .....fingers crossed :star:

March 17th 2009 RFE for Tax & Employment evidence

March 20th 2009 Biometric Apt

March 27th 2009 Sent back RFE

May 7th 2009 Called to give them a rev up!!

June 8th 2009 Still nothing!!!! - put in a service request for EAP & AP

June 10th 2009 Case status finally avaiable online for EAD & AP

June 10th 2009 EAD card production ordered

June 10th 2009 AP approval notice sent

June 16th 2009 AP Received In mail!!!

June 17th 2009 EAD card production status changed to 17th June

June 19th 2009 EAD Mailed out

Hey I just received my NOA 1's for the I-485, EAD & AP today. I figured I'd be getting them since I saw my bank account balance was $1000 less, lol.

Now we play the waiting game I guess? :)

2009-06-22: Called URSCIS to request letter to be resent

2009-07-02: Interview letter received

2009-07-30: Interview @ 8:00am ' APPROVED - CARD ORDERED'
