I can finally see my status online. Well for EAD and AP anyway.

It says card production ordered for EAD and Approval notice in mail for AP....this much is a huge load off my mind.

I rang USCIS on the 8th...........a letter was sent dated the 9th from my local Memphis office to say that my service request has been forwarded to the National Benefits Centre.......... Then on the 10th my case status was available online stating the EAD card has been ordered and the AP notice has been sent.

How do you know to await an interview or if your case has been transfered, they havn't mentioned either as yet?? What did you recieve??

Well, I stopped calling the after I got my EAD... because I was mainly worried about being able to work.. I had got an RFE for my I-485 (recent tax filings) and when they resumed processing the case, they said that I should hear something from them within 60 days. So I figured that I will start bugging them after 45 days. But I got the interview letter about a week after the EAD.. thank god!!! I suggest you wait 30-45 days before bugging them again.. If you call them now, they will just tell you that your case is within the time frame and to call back later.

Hey, just a quick up update, I have received my interview letter today, it's on 07/21.... finally, I was worried that my case went missing.... anyway, so happy to know the interview date, and will update after the interview.....

Hei wassup guys? i am getting ready for my interview which is getting closer and closer! i have a couple of doupts that i`d like to get clarified:

should I print out a copy of the I-130 and I-485 forms or there`s no need?

my wife is a naturalized USC and unfortunatly we could not gather her original certificate of birth from her native country, we only hold a copy.. will it be enough?

and one last question.. at the time I sent the AOS package I asked a friend of mine to help me out with the affidavit of support since my wife wasnt making enough money and so He did, but now my wife went back to work and she makes a way more than the min. poverty line so should I make a new updated I 864 and show it to the imm officer? ah; also in our last taxes the total income is more than what she need to support me
