Since you haven't received your interview letter yet, so don't worry about it.

She can go & visit up to 1 month too. Because statistically, the day you receive the notice letter for Interview Appointment Day is at least 32 days before the Interview Date. So you have got plenty time.

Tell your wife to have a nice trip !...

I've updated my timeline, I recieved my AP yesterday in mail. It was approved 4/27/09.

Still no EAD!

My husband received his greencard today!!!! We are all done with USCIS for about 1 1/2 year!!! :)

I cant believe how quickly the AOS process was for us: 79 DAYS!!!

04-10-09:..........Received AP in mail!

04-13-09:..........Received EAD in mail! ~~~ WE ARE SO GRATEFUL AND HAPPY!!! ~~~

04-21-09:..........AOS interview in Manchester NH - I-130 approved - I-485 No decision made - Were told to wait for decision letter

04-27-09:.......... ******* WELCOME TO AMERICA LETTER RCD! ******* ~~ adjustment from VWP without a problem! ~~

05-01-09:..........GREENCARD IN HAND!!! WOOO!!!

Thanks for clarifying that for me. I guess I should have assumed that even if the letter comes tomorrow, its not like they will set the date for next week. Appreciate the speedy reply.

Congrats on the GC and hope the rest of us can be as fortunate in the month of May :)

CIS Office : Chicago IL

2009-02-27: AOS package sent

2009-03-02: AOS package received at CIS Office

2009-03-13: NOA1 received

2009-16-03; Biometrics Appointment letter received

2009-04-09: Biometrics

2009-05-01: EAD received

2009-06-16: Interview letter returned undeliverable

2009-06-22: Called URSCIS to request letter to be resent

2009-07-02: Interview letter received

2009-07-30: Interview @ 8:00am ' APPROVED - CARD ORDERED'

2009-08-12; Green card received!

We just got the EAD !! Thanks to Cino's advice, we went earlier to the bio appoint (than scheduled) and a week later the EAD was in the mail!

The case (I-765) now shows online, but it very outdated ...

We are March filers, but want to know if anyone here got a RFE for having used Dr. Arnold (for K1 or K3) and/or not having the TB test section filled in the I-693. Right now, this is what is worrying us, this was so confusing in the application process.

October 5, 2006: We meet for the first time!

March 8, 2008: I-129F K1-Fiancee Visa Application mailed

October 27, 2008: K1 VISA RECEIVED !! (233 days - 7 MONTHS 19 DAYS)

January 17, 2009: Entry - POE: JFK w/EAD (315 days)

February 6, 2009: WEDDING! (335 days)

March 24, 2009: Sent AOS, EAD, AP package to Chicago Lock box (381 days - 1 YEAR 16 DAYS)

June 30, 2009: Interview in San Jose, CA (479 days) - NOT approved, Sworn statement required

AUGUST 14, 2009: GREEN CARD IN HAND (524 days - 1 YEAR 5 MONTHS 6 DAYS)

May 31, 2011: Sent I-751 Removal of Conditions package (1179 days - 3 YEARS 2 MONTHS 23 DAYS)

January 25, 2012: 10-Year Green Card Received (1418 days - 3 YEARS 10 MONTHS 17 DAYS)
