Is it sad that I have an urge to go check the mail even though it's only 12:23am and there's no chance that there's any mail yet? Anyone want to trade an EAD for my AP? lol

Hi ChasingAmy, dont be so sure that at 12:23am there's no chance of a mail. I am a January filer and I received my touch concerning my EAD card production a little after 1:00AM on March 19th. I was just about to log off the computer and decided to check and there it was in my inbox as if to say "GREAT MORNING TO YOU. :D " Good luck to you and all the best.

None of our receipts are showing up online, and all of them start with MSC.

Trying to keep it sorted by date so we can keep track of the people ahead of us. Helps us to guestimate when we might get our approvals.

Wuick observation. It seems that if your case has been transferred then you have a %98 chance of not having to do an interview. Thank God that I'm one of those that were transferred.

Sorry Amy, I didn't realize you have sorted it out by date, I went by alphabetically.

Yours makes more sense. I am not gonna touch it anymore, you be responsible for that.

You are like a "SECRETARY" to February 2009 AOS Filers.

I am pretty sure, you won't have any interview due to transfer to CSC.

Can everybody see their online case status ?

None of our receipts are showing up online, and all of them start with MSC.

i can't see any of mine either.

I can see my I-485 but that's it. My AP, and EAD don't show up at all. I had to call in every couple days to see the status and even then I had to wait for a second level person to look into it for me. Thankfully both of them are approved now though and my EAD was already ordered for production :) Just waiting on my EAD to arrive in the mail. :D When you call uscis (800) 375 – 5283 just select 1 then 2 then 3 and tell them you are looking for a status update. Have your receipt number ready.

I am a US Citizen and I married my husband back in october. We filled our papers in the middle of february, his biometrics appointment was on March 16, he is getting desperate beacuse his Visa expires on April 14, 2009. He wants to know how soon could he expect his work authorization and after that the interview. Thanks for your responses.

04/26/2006 Met in the Dominican republic

10/15/2008 He arried in NYC with a Visa (we visited each other)

10/25/2008 got married in NYC

02/16/2009 Packaged received at uscis

02/23/2009 Notice date

03/16/2009 Biometric appointment

You are awaiting your AOS. You have nothing to be concerned about with the K1 having expired. It was a single entry Visa for marriage purposes. It expired when you got married. Get the AOS done ASAP...but uscis won't give you a hassle for having not filed earlier.
