hi guys im just wondering, i am the uk citizen and my husband is us citizen but he has a criminal record - nothing too bad (not a felony) but just wondering if you think this would have any effect on my visa application?

appreciate any views

NO, it wouldnt have any effect on visa application.

Not on petition approval and certainly not on a visa application because you, the UK Citizen will be filing any visa application after his petition is approved.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
