Hi VJ members.. were on K1 and i would like to ask for some guidance on what to write in the DS-156 form for my 10 y/o kid.

my questions are...

Q12. NATIONALITY?

- Should i write FILIPINO CITIZEN or PHILIPPINES???

Q22. When do u intend to arrive in the US?? (that question? goes for my DS156 aswell)

Q26. How Long do you intend to stay in the US?

- should i write permanently??

Q27. What is the purpose of your trip?

Q28. Who will pay for your trip?

note: My fiance will be the one to pay for our trip.. should we write Petitioner?

Q33. Do you intend to Study in the US?

- should i mark NO?

Recieved by NVC -------------------- 01/20/09

Left NVC -------------------- 01/22/09

Recieved by consulate ----------------- 01/25/09

Requested police clearance at JAPEM--- 01/28/09

Recieved letter from USEM ------------- 01/30/09

Medical at SLEC -------------- 02/25/09 (Good Lord pls help us pass with these journey)

Passed the my medical but my daughter was asked to have a repeat xray after 2 mos..huhuhu!

Interview at USEM (K1) --------------- 03/19/09

INTERVIEW PASSED!!!

Everyting about the future is uncertain but one thing is for sure,

God had already arranged all our tomorrows,

we just have to trust him as he leads..

PHILIPPINES

I think it's optional if you don't know when are you going to travel to States, then leave it blank.

Q26. How Long do you intend to stay in the US?

Permanently

Q27. What is the purpose of your trip?

Fiance/fiancee or if K3 say husband.

Q28. Who will pay for your trip?

Petitioner.

Q33. Do you intend to Study in the US?

NO?
