I think this season's batch is very, very talented in comparison to the previous two seasons. I've really been blown away by so many of them. Impossible for me to pick a favorite at this point!

OMG, they are unbelievable .... I never saw this show before and don't normally watch shows like these but there is just something about people who CAN dance.... they just draw you in....

All of them are really really good although in this first pairing show some of the pairs really didn't find that magic that makes dancing in a pair so beautiful.... I loved the guys who did contemporary, I think the guysname is Cameron, and the "mime" routine with the B-girl... I thought the couple who did the hip hop routine was really good too- Faina is the girls name I think, she did an amazing job for a ballroom dancer....

I never watched this show before this season. OMG i love it!!! These people are sooo talented.

I only caught glimpses of the first 3 performances, so I can't really comment on those. My favorites last night though were what's his name and Anya. What was that? The Viennese Waltz? Anyway, it was just beautiful.

I think that was the one where I was distracted by the ugly pink dress actually making a very tiny muscular girl look...fat. I think SYTYCD must have THE WORST EVER wardrobe people. Those costumes are terrible. Last year's most frequent victim was Donyelle, who they put the least flattering items on, but this year all the girls seem to have similar body types (either the contemporary body type or the ballroom body type) and they still manage to make them look bad. That paso doble outfit on the B-boyer girl was really unflattering.

Everyone seems to be such a good dancer. Lacey's personality annoys me a bit, but she's a GREAT dancer.

I think Dominic is my favorite so far, especially after last night. He just doesn't have the 'tude some of the other guys have. My least favorite is probably Danny, because he seems to think that he's the best of the best and it's a little annoying. Otherwise I think they are all fantastic dancers, and a lot better than last years crop. I mean, I can't even guess at who will end up in the bottom three this week.

Ok, which ones are they? I remember Benji's sister from the auditions but now I can't remember which one she is. And I didn't know that Travis' brother was on it too. Which one is he?

Benji's sister is Lacy.

Travis's brother is Danny.

Stanislav's sister is Faina.

So there's three siblings this time around.

Lauren is the one who worked on the show last year.

I don't really mind it, as long as they are good dancers, and all of them seem to be holding their own with this group. If they sucked or were really visibly worse than the rest, then I'd wonder if they were just shoved in for the 'sibling' factor.

Okay, I had to look them up because I don't remember most of the names yet. But Danny must be a step or half brother of Travis, huh?

Most of the women are very attractive this season. I don't why there aren't more men who watch the show!
