I'm still here! I missed the first bump!

I was so happy to see that guy back from last year who didn't have his EAD (Paul was it? Korean breakdancer...) That card looked familiar too! :)

 Rey leaned into the TV and was like "hm, it's an EAD." I was wondering how he got one? That guy was AMAZING. I really didn't understand Shane Sparks' criteria for "good" though last night...

ps JENN I knew you'd come through and watch this show with me :)

and "sex" came back. ohhh frightening. so many of these people are plants - like the geneticist. i couldnt buy that guy at all. i love this show sooo much more that stinky AI. heheehhe

Watch it now, missy, or I'll laugh at you like Mary Murphy and you know you don't want that....

I liked that Golden guy (can't remember what they were calling him) and his jump style. Did he make it through to Vegas???

I can't stand American Idol actually! I don't know what the appeal is. Now SYTYCD, that's a show I'll watch, because the people on there can do things I can't do but wish I could and they're all in much better shape than me. Any fool can sing with some practice and there are millions of talented singers out there. Who they pick for AI feels so arbitrary, where there does seem to be some rhyme and reason to who makes it on Dance. The stuff they do seems a lot more impressive to me than singing karaoke on TV. Just my .02.

Don't forget - new episode tonight at 9 PM ET!!!

woot! Last time I only saw the last 20 min (out doing something worthless like living my life or something), but I think today they officially whittle it down to the final 20 or something? I'm glad it's raining so I have a nice excuse to stay in and watch it no matter what.

*edited for an excess of 'woots'

They're showing a repeat of auditions at 8, and then yes, Vegas is at 9. They won't decide the top 20 until the episode tomorrow at 9 though.
