Wa gwan every 1.. I hope all is good with every 1.. I have a quick ?. I see on VJ's web site it shows VSC processing 07/21/08 I130..me & my hubby's date is 07/14/08.. so far we haven't heard anything since getting the notice saying they received our paper work... just wondering how much longer we have?????????? thanx :thumbs:

Yes I am starting to see that.. I called the other day and they said the same thing.. first they stated our case was outside the normal processing time, then the c/s agent said, no because they are currently working on 04/01/08..and we are 07/14/08.. so we have 4-5 more months :( ......this is like a bad nightmare I can't seem to wake up from :(.. thanx for the 411.. Blessings :)

I have seen a number of June filers get approved in the last couple of weeks, so you guys should be next in line. The estimates on my VJ timeline were pretty accurate on when my approval would come. Good Luck!!

Our NOA1 date in June 23rd.... And Im still in LIMBO and I filed a request for expedite... I was told my petitions were in the processing area and I should hear from them shortly....THAT WAS ALMOST A MONTH AGO. so, go figure !

you never know with immigration.it seems like they have their own way of workng..one day they are on July filters and the next day back in June.. go figure,,, I have a really good feeling about feb. I know all of us waiting since june/july will be gettig an approval soon. hang tight our jurney is almost over! good luck to all

It's hard to say. You can't really bug USCIS until you pass their processing dates...which says they are processing April 1st now.

03/05/09: K3 and I 130 both approved! FINALLY after 230 emotionally trying days @ VSC!!

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online
