Jen, honey, I swear, I know how you feel...it f-in sucks when everyone and their mother is getting approved ahead of you. There is nothing we can do about this...at all. Have your cry...God knows I did...and still do! I mean, my husband isn't here yet! Cry, let it out...you'll feel better. Curse, complain, and just get everything out. Keeping it in doesn't help. If you pray, then do it! Pray. It really helped me ALOT through this awful journey! It still does too, as I wait and wonder why of all people, my K3 info is messed up and my I-130 is still stuck in limbo land (again). LOOOL Like I said before...if it's not something, it's something else... (F)

Whatever it takes to get an approval.

I'm game

I am an emotional mess today ( and yesterday for that matter)... and when I spoke to my husband this morning, he told me to come back to Costa Rica to be with him. I was already crying.... it made me feel even worse. I don't know what is wrong with me. Ususally PMS isn't this emotional for me.

It's normal...you're facing the usual mixture of stress and depression and anxiety that this process creates for people who really really love their spouses!!! Not to mention that when you're waiting for VSC to do their job, you're exempt and get to have PMS every single day ;)

HA HA tell my husband that. He just called me and asked me something... I didn't know how to tell him what he wanted to know so he would understand. He got frustrated with me and hung up. That is the last thing I need right now.

PMS everyday ? WOW, I can't stand myself during regular PMS. But I'm not usually crying. I'm usually just b!tchy. This crying thing is new and it is freaking me out. I feel like I want to cry all day and for nothing !! Maybe I'm losing my mind LOL :blink:

An approval will make me feel better for sure !! Come on VSC !!! :crying:

Thank you Serendipity for your support. Yes, our timelines are similar. I just found that they sent to me another RFE for I-130 Petition today as well as for I-129F. Hope there are nothing serious. I think you should be next and I pray for you. Keep waiting and be positive. I know how hard it is, but be patient, just a LITTLE left.

Mvladi: Get all your paperwork together...go over your application to see if there is something obvious that you may have missed.... This way when you receive the RFE you can overnight the information to VSC. Good luck!!

What I hate about cyring is that - I get Mad that I am crying and that frustrates the hell out of me and makes me cry more

Hang in there Jen.... I want to believe we are almost there.

We all get mad with our spouses this process can have quite a impact on one emotionally, ..I think it is because our spouses are the only ones who really understand what is going on (other than VJ family) and it is easy to make them our emotional target.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
