Thanks so much & its so sweet of you to still come around the forum and support us who are still waiting, it means alot & hasn't gone unnoticed (F)

p.s - sorry to see you took ur pics down, they were so nice :star:

Hello! Our journey began 237 days ago with filing the I130 and 177 days for the I129F. We received an RFE for a copy of our foreign language marriage certificate (see dates below). Case processing resumed on 02/02/09, had touches most of last week but no approaval yet.

Were praying for the best and minimal delay - good luck to you & let us know how it turns out.

Got an RFE e-mail this morning. Anyone have experience with one these? What type of info do they typically request and does it take very long to get the approval process moving again?

Inshallah you'll be getting the approval very, very, soon!!! I can feel it!

There was a July approval today. Let's hope that today is a flood of approvals day!!!!!

I will be checking in to see!

Thank you for the compliments.

Yes, I will stay here until you guys are approved! Maybe even longer if we get stuck in AP. I think it's sad that others stop posting after they get approved. The waiters need support the most! Lisa was kind enough to stick around too. She was a big support for me when I had my breakdowns. All you lovely ladies and gents were :D

Join us on facebook. We have a K-3 group there. I will PM you my email address so you can find me and join us.

I am still trying to console my husbie as he is so upset and disappointed. He drove an hour just to reach the local office. The girl told him NOTHING. He asked the status of the application, she said ON PROCESS. He asked if we are on background check, she said I DO NOT KNOW. Husbie asked about the estimated time, she said I CANNOT GIVE YOU ANY TIME.

My goodness! It was such a waste of time! What is she doing in that office if there is NOTHING she could tell?

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

My hubby Called USCIS Today and was told that we need to wait another 2-3 months as they are currently processing April Files as per their website. He asked to be transferred to a Supervisor and they were unhelpful and gave him the same sorta frustrating information.

Not to mention he called yesterday and got the same run around. ::((

CandidWicth - I really think we should be approved soon - (Week to 10 days)

Aruba: Glad to hear things are moving along well at NVC

Jen: Welcome back!! Good luck for tomorrow and let us know how things went...Hopefully you get some useful info from the field office.

Lisa: Hope today was a better start to the day.

Narina: How are you doing? Howz NVC tracking...

I also think of the same. I am just wondering why they would not give any information.. What's the use of infopass if they cannot give any answer?

We should really be approved soon.

You came to the right place for support brother. We are all depressed without our honeys :)

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
