HI everyone thanks for reading this. I will fill my N400 at the begin of March. I marriage with my wife is an American citizen. My green card was given to my on Jul 06 2006. I filled the remove condition for my green card last year on May at VSC and I didn;t receive any news about it yet. I just wonder if I should fill the N400 now or just wait for the remove condition approve first. If I should fill my N 400 now what document should I include? Thanks a lot for your help.

You may file N-400 two years & nice months after you have had your 2 year green card (counting from the issue date). You can submit your N-400 without receiving your 10 year GC. But you should be able receive your 10 year GC about a 1 year after filing in normal case.

I believe the earliest you can send your N-400 is April. You still have time. Be a little patient and you should hear it from them soon.

Good luck!
