about the letter AGAIN!!!

hello i have a question about the letter that i need to attach with the I864 if i didnt have to file the tax return. i havnt been working for past few yrs...so dont have a tax return..my question is how should i address this in the letter..what should be included in it ?does it have to be from the IRS website;if so than can someone please send me the link from where to get that from the IRS website because i have been searching it from the site and couldnt find any info regarding this.. if i were to type a letter than what should i write in it? i asked this question before but couldnt get a clear answer on it

Just write a very straightforward letter.

One the I-864, the area where you enter your income, write in zero and then beside it write in 'please see attached letter'

then

Write write a letter, something like:

Regarding income/tax returns for 2006, 2007, 2008.

I have not included the last three years tax returns as I did not have any income in 2006, 2007 and 2008.

Sign it

Date it

That's about it really.

Call NVC and ask them! That's what I would do
