Just today we got a case status for my wife's AOS. Does this mean a green card is on its way? We never received an email about a welcome letter being sent out and the case was transferred to CSC about two weeks ago.

We also applied for advance parole and EAD which there has been no movement on. Not like we'll care if this means she's approved. If that is what it means, how long does it normally take to receive a green card?

Thanks!

AJ

Yes, this is it! Congratulations:-). I received the exact same email first and then a day later a second email (repeated 4 times) advising me to expect the welcome letter. The letter and the card were both received 7 days later and the approval date was actually 2 days before the first email date. So, yes, this is it.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
