I got most of the papers and documents ready, just wondering about the Affidavit of Support.

I have to make a new one, right?

Could I use the one that I submitted when I was applying for K1 visa?

You must complete a new and up to date sponsorship form. You will see that it is a contract between the sponsor and the U.S. government that is legally binding.

Hi all. My fiance just received her visa and will be in the usa on march 1st. We will have a wedding on april 18th. My question is: how much time from her entry into the us/wedding date, do we have to file the AOS. What is the set time limitation for these forms to be filled out. Please reply.
