well the I-130 is being aproved month ag and because mi husband ssn is fake can we apply for a work permit a get a real ssn while we wait to find a sponsor

No you have to wait for a sponser to sponser. What your husband is doing is AGAINST THE LAW! He can go to jail for it! And more then likely if you do not have a sponser, his 1-485 will be denied! Please do things the RIGHT way rather then the ILLIGAL way! Consult an attorny!

can a friend of my husband be a sponsor he is single and makes over 40,000 a year but he lives in n,y we live in atlanta

Yes, your friend in New York can be a co-sponsor as long as he meets the qualifying income for himself, his family and your husband. You would still be the sponsor.

The big issue here is your husband's illegal use of a fake SSN. That is a serious offense in the eyes of USCIS and can really come back and haunt you. Please see a lawyer before you find yourselves with problems that you won't be able to resolve.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
