So I just read a post here and it speaks about the I94... I would have never known this until I read this thread. But I attended university in the US from 2003-2007... I came back home when I graduated and was never asked for it back... its been almost 2 years since then and I have worked in the US for a year and also entered the US over 50 times since then with no problem whatsoever.

My fiancee and I are about to file the K-1 visa? will everything be alright????

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)
