what is packet 3 documents that are required for interview, i looked at manilla embassy website and could not find.

this was an answer from a previous question i read:

Now that you have filed the petition, download packet 3 from your consulate website and get going on all the packet 3 documents you will need for the interview. Get them ready NOW and when the NOA2 arrives you will be ready for your interview. No matter what anyone tells you, it is NOT too soon to get these things prepared, DO NOT WAIT for anything to be sent to you, it will delay the case for weeks, at best, and may never be sent at all.

will tell you what you will prepare for the interview in Manila... I wonder why they still call it Packet 3... it confuses people.

I'm going to leave this here but this is really a regional specific question that is best answered in the PI Regional forum here on VJ. There you will find a sticky topic at the top of the thread that leads you through the entire K-1 process in Manilla.
