missing document list DS-230

hii guys, I recevied missing doucment list for my wife which says missing DS-230-I. the letter was generated on Feb 5th. But, I have already send the DS-230 form with the supporting documents and NVC received them on 3rd. I send them with the coversheet emaild to me after paying IV fee online on 14th Jan.

So, my question is what should I do now? should I send them DS-230 again or give them a call and find out what happen to the one I send? And is it ok

that I sended them before I received this coversheet and missing document list? Is it going to cause any delays?

Please help me

what i did was i just mailed it, wish i had call NVC b4 mailing it.

What documents did you send with your ds-230? Did you include originals or just photocopies and did you translate anything?

08/21/2008- Mailed I-130 today

08/23/2008- I-130 recieved at chicago lock box

08/27/2008- NOA1 notice date

01/05/2009- recieved NOA2 approval e-mail from CRIS

NVC

2009-01-16 : NVC Received and Case Number Assigned (don't know exact date)

2009-01-16 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2009-01-25 : DS-3032 sent (by e-mail)

2009-01-28 : AOS bill invoiced (paid online)

2009-02-02 : AOS bill PAID and cover sheet printed

2009-02-02 : AOS package sent to NVC (sent overnight)

2009-01-29 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted

2??? : AOS entered into NVC system (NVC recieved AOS 03-feb-2009)

2009-02-01 : IV bill invoiced(paid online)

2009-02-03 : IV bill PAID and cover sheet printed

2009-02-23 : Medical completed

2009-03-13: DS-230 and Packet 3 sent to NVC

2009-03-17: DS-230 and packet 3 recieved by NVC

2009-03-27: RFE to correct a date on DS-230

2009-03-30: Corrected DS-230 recieved by NVC

2009-04-06 : case complete at NVC

Embassy

2009-05-01 : Forward the case to Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand

2009-06-03 : Interview at Embassy APPROVED!!!

I mailed all the original documents

marriage certificate

birthcertificate of benefeciary

berthcertificate of petitioner

police clearance certificate

passport copies

and photocopies for all of them

hey guru80, same thing happened to me. They send me a RFE checklist with DS230 on there right after I had send it. It takes a couple of days to put the DS230 packet in their system. They didn't have the DS230 when they send that checklist, so it asked for it. You shouldn't send it again. If you want to make sure they have the right stuff, just check their automated system for when it says received checklist info. Otherwise, call and ask them if they have received the DS230 you send on the 3rd.

I'd call them. NVC is pretty good, not like USCIS. I've seen alot of people getting false RFEs from NVC on this site, but they always see it online, not via the post.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

so give them 2-3 weeks n if ther are any other documents missing they will let me know

and just ignore the missing document list u received

yes i did send them two pcc from local police station n regional passport office
