i have a question i'm the one have a problem with DS-3032 i'm here in egypt here with my husband and my sister is our co-sponsor and also the one wrote the check for our application and for the NVC. now i have the same address as my sister over there but since she the one who's name is one the check should her name be on the DS-3032 or mine.

now if to e-mail this paper to NVC where would i put our case number at because i want to use the form DS-3032. for my husband which box would i check i believe its the second one.

It could be either her or ur name on the DS3032. If u are going to filled out the all the forms then ur name should be on it.

always put the case# on the right top corner of every document you submit..then, about the Check that you will be sending for DS3020 your beneficiary's name should be on the bottom of the check along with the case#. On the application, make sure the beneficiary don't sign the 2nd page of the DS3020.

IF you are filling out the forms, and going to be the primary contact for your wife's case, then your name should be on the DS-3032. This way if NVC needs to contact you regarding your case, then they have your contact information.

cuz we can't put case# on the paper b4 print it , there is no place to type it

and we r realy confused

should we reply this DS-3032 or they will sent our paper to embassy directly
