call and follow the prompts that say "if you beleive you are outside normal processing times". if you get a less than satisfactory answer,contact your congressman or senator and ask for an inquiry as to why you are outside norma; processing times.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

applied and recieved notice for i130 october 18,2007 applied and recieved notice date for i129f janurary 30,2008 and still waiting though web site says they are past processing date :rolleyes:

You need to call and request an expedite...

Contact your congressman / Senator and have them request an inquiry into your case.

03-05-2009: NOA2

05-18-2009: K3 visa approved (Mumbai Consulate)

05-22-2009: POE LAX

*IR Visa*

07-10-2008: NOA1

03-05-2009: NOA2

08-13-2009: IR1 visa approved (Montreal, Canada)

08-15-2009: POE LAX

In previous post i mention that i did this already they give lame answer waiting on security check when others who applied after us have already got theirs

i posted that i already contacted congressman and senator but the center give lame answer waitng on security but i know for a fact others who filed after us have already been approved, sure is no first come first serve i think or we would of had a answer before them :angry:

aha! i think i remeber that post, are you from paki? i think unfourtunatly you may be in for a wait..i would still stay on the representative and ask for an inquiry every month.

no i am not paki i am american and my wife is thai
