Greetings all,

Fiancee had interview on the 15th of January 2009 was given a blue slip and a white slip asking her to resubmit 2 documents a new no marriage certificate (she is 5 months pregnant with our child) and a new I-134 from me as i left her Son off on line 10. They keep all our documents She submitted on the day of her interview but returned her passports to her. The requested documents were submitted on January 29th 2009 and they took them and her passports and told her she can go now and we will be in contact with you. Has anybody been though this or know what will happen next. She did not fill out any papers for Air21 was just told to go now. Will she recieve the passport and Visa by AIR21? Will she have to return to the Embassy? How long untill we will hear something from them? We are just stessed about all this and wish to be married before the baby is born. HELPPPPPPPPP any input would be appreciated. God bless , Ken

dont worry about it,, air21 will deliver her visa COD (cash on delivery ) like mine i was given a white slip and my visa arrived yesterday.. i paid 220..

Thankyou Ma`am for your response, Did you pay at the Embassy anything for the Air21 or fill out any paperwork for Air21? My Fiancee turned in the requested documents and they took the passports and just told her to wait we will be in contact with. Did ask if this is the correct phone number and address.

did you recieve a blue slip Ma`am along with the white slip with check marks on it for what documents they requested of you? God bless you and thankyou for the message it gives us hope. Ken

hi,

Dont worry they will just contact the beneficiary by text or by call to instruct how to pay the visa.. just keep on calling the embassy so that you can follow up your case..its under administrative review now...meaning for final decision.

God bless you.

I have the same dilemma. I was interviewed last March 27 then I was asked to return to submit an additional requirement. They return my passport back to me and kept all of the other documents (nbi, affidavit of support, cenomar, etc).

I came back 2 weeks after to submit the additional requirement, they asked for my passport back but they didn't ask me to pay any delivery fee or anything. I was asked to fill up my name, case number and mailing address on a blue slip (not sure though if its Air 21). Does it mean that the payment of my passport and visa will be via COD?

Thank you.

Tell your US Fiancee to call the embassy to follow up, I follow up with our case almost every week and I am always in the loop on what's going on. Same scenario for my SO, she filled out the AIR21 forms but no payment, passport is with the embassy. :)

goodluck to you and God Bless

PM me for any AP or AR relating to the NBI

Ken, as the USC, I would be calling 011-632-301-2000 ext 5184 every week to find out what the delay is. Each AR is different, but it has been over a month now.

My wife was on AR for Document Verification and I called 7:30 AM Manila time every Tuesday morning for 9 weeks.
