So my fiancee and I are about to file our I129F to VSC...

here are the contents we are including...

I129F form

question 18 extra letter

g325 and picture for petitioner

g325 and picture for benificiary

copy of petitioners birth certificate

intent to marry letter from petitioner

intent to marry letter from beneficiary

check for 455

5 or so photos from the past 2 years

phone bills

I just have one question....

1) we only live 4 hrs apart, therefore we always drive to see eachother, so we do not have any visa stamps or boarding passes, what more evidence should we provide to make sure everything is okay...

thank you very much for your help... this forum is fabulous :)

A credit card statement from when you were there visiting and/or hotel receipts if you've travelled together.

a credit card showing exactly what information... also, we went on one trip together but it was paid by his dad, therefore i have no hotel receipt... but i went to visit him once for the weekend and i have a hotel receipt... but when we visit we always stay at eachothers houses....

Include in your supplemental letter for question no. 18 that you just live 4 hrs apart... that justifies some concerns on the visa stamps and plane tickets... Make a short story about it. It will help if the consul wonders why there are no plane tickets included or even hotel bills.

ATM receipts or any receipt you have with your name on it showing you were in Canada or any receipt showing his name from the USA will be primary evidence of meeting in the last two years. Add a few pictures together particularly with family and, if possible, at recognizeable locations.

Make sure you used the G325a form, not the G325. Passport pictures are submitted in support of the petition, not in support of the G325a, so they deserve their own line in your table of contents. Put your list above in a cover letter with the list being the table of contents for your petition filing.

Yes, that will work. As strange as it may seem, USCIS seems to apply the standard that if there's evidence the couple was in the same country at the same time, that's enough evidence they met, even in a country the size of Canada. Your information will probably show more specifics than just country, so will be sufficient.

thank you.... also we went to university together from 2003-2007... is there information I could get from school that said we both went there... because that would also show evidence we were together correct????
