I applied for my sister and her petition has approved in 1999 and prority date is march 1999 . now cut off date for f4 visa is jan 1998. when she can expect to get visa? is in this year or it will take more than one year? can somebody help me plz. I am us citizen and my sister is in india. plz help me :unsure:
