Hello guys thanks for the replied I really appreciate for that ….u know her dad he signed at the back of her birth certificate ( acknowledgement) .when she was born my child using my name but when the law was change that illegitimate child can use the family name of her dad ..So We filed a first endorsement to transferred to her dad’s name so that’s why she using her dad name...but u know even we broke up her dad he didn’t abandon her his still supporting our kid. My question …… do u think I will ask for father consent? But he has passport now...Our interview is very soon do u think the consul will ask about that?

Please help me what’s the best thing to do

The CO will see the acknowledgement on the birth certificate and on the endorsement so they will probably as for consent. So you should probably have that for interview.
