1.Do we need to send originals and photocopies of all the documents we already sent with the petition, such as the G325A for myself and my spouse, marriage certificate, birth certificates?

2.None of the translation documents state” translation is accurate, and translator is competent to translate. Can I submit them without that or is that required?

3.My spouses birth certificates, both Urdu and English translations, do NOT include the name of his mother, only his father. Will it be accepted like this?

4.What is this barcode instruction for DS3032? Is it necessary we do it and when should we do it? Should we wait till we get approval to do it?

No, you don't need to send a duplicate of the whole I-130 petition. They already have it since USCIS mailed it to them. But if you sent a copy of your marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc. before, you will need copies/originals of those again.

No, the translations must be certified accurate. A professional translator can do that for you. Further, ask them to take the docs to the Foreign Ministry and have it authenticated. That's what we did. Got married in Bangkok, got profesioanl translations, and they automatically brought it to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to be authenticated. I don't think the latter step is necessary though.

If the BC doesn't provide name of mother, you can supply additional docs that do state it. Like maybe school records. Otherwise, you can have your spouse's parents to execute sworn affidavits stating the name of the mother. If your spouse has siblings and the name of the mother is in their BCs, that might help too. Now, why doesn't the BC have mother's name on it? Is this a CLERICAL ERROR or the way it is done in their country? If it's an error, you should have it amended.

As for DS-3032. You can send it via e-mail (yes, E-MAIL) just as soon as you get your NVC Case Number. You can get your NVC # by calling them. If the AVR (automated voice recording) doesn't give it, stil you can try asking an operator. Maybe the AVR hasn't been updated. You need the NVC # since you'll put it in the Subject line of your DS-3032 e-mail. Send the DS-3032 e-mail from beneficiary's e-mail address. Use the template in the NVC Shortcut Guide.

As for the DS-3032 barcode. You use it if you want to send a hard copy of the DS-3032 by mail (besides your e-mail). You generate it online, cut and stick it to the space at the top of the DS-3032 form. It's not necessary since they seem to approve the DS-3032 e-mails in a week or less. But if you can send it fast and want everything complete, it's a good idea to send it. We are. :)

Here is the NVC Flowchart. it will hellp you understand the NVC Shortcut Guide. I wish I'd found it sooner!

You can see it branches off into two trails, one for the Petitioner, one for the Beneficiary.
