Hi guys I need help again my status is k3 and k4...I just want to know about my kid I’m not married before but my kid family name is her dad … do I need to have father consent? please help me

thanks advance

is ur child the child of an american? If yes, I was told that they will not process the child as an immigrant. They want to process them as a US Citiizen so you need to start by filing a Consular Report of Birth Abroad. It is a form DS-2029. It requires certififed proof of child's birth certificate, US parent's citizenship, etc.

Then I guess they issue a US passport to the child.

Of course all of this is irrelevant to you if your child is not the child fo the US Citizen.
