ok we sent our I-130 in 10 march 2006 and get NOA1 23 april 2006 and we sent 129f in 10/5/2006 and they not get it after we send it again at 06/06/2006 and we not get card confirmation yet and the order money not cashed yet but i see in other timelines they get noa1 with no problem

i agree with sarah, i think that since english is not his first language, that there were some exaggerations or mis-communicated words... you can be so supportive to others... give the guy a chance...

Ok I got the story, they sent in the I-129 F on June 6th so Hicham is just ready to be with his wife and being a tad bit impatient so hang in there Hicham patience is key!

I don't think Shon was out of line, but then I'm one of those people who says exactly what I'm thinking, too. aka: brutal honesty.

it DOESN'T say that it is over... only that they are UNSURE if they will get it...

and upon talking to hicham... what he means by UNSURE... he is actually talking about the long wait... again, his wording is not totally accurate... sometimes, to truly give help to others, we have to read the book... do a little in-depth research...

english is NOT hicham's native tongue... so, his words got misconstrued, also... like every one of us, hicham is ready to be with his habibi... he is tired of waiting... we can ALL understand that one, yes?

and... i consider myself HONEST too... i wouldn't say BRUTALLY HONEST... because it is not my intention to INTENTIONALLY hurt someone's feelings...
