Change of address and Removal of conditions

Guys, this might sound dumb, but my husband and I didnt send the forms to show that we moved two years ago from our first address here in the US.

I filed the AR11 online and he is sending tomorrow or monday the form that he needed to sign... I was just wondering what can happen to us because we didnt file it within the time frame...

But we really did not know, for whatever reason, and did not look for it either.

I am filing to remove my conditions just in march. And I thought that just if we had pending cases we should notify them the change of address...

I am kinda "scared"...

What do you guys think?

me too, i was 5 months late in filing my I-865.

No problem, just make sure you change it before you have a pending i-751. Myself and others had some issues when we changed the address during the i-751 process, like being sent mail from USCIS to my previous address.

The general rule is that if you comply before they find out you didn't, you're fine.

You're totally fine. call them to check if the address was changed on file. that's it=) Good luck=)

I'have changed mine for a several times already, no problems=)
