Sorry so late darlings!

I am so happy to be done with the first part of this process. Still missing my husband though. Still a long way to go before he's here.

So let's try to have fun this weekend!

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

They have a huge holiday in the Netherlands for Queen's day. Everyone parties and people from all over Europe come to Amsterdam to party.

I miss my husband

I seriously need to get on a diet. I have only a month before I go to see him, God willing. A combination of cold weather, stupid people giving me wrong information (like my case was not assigned and will be assigned in 60 days), going crazy over the petitions...my diet has consisted of junk food galore! Now I have to bust my a$$ to get back in shape before going to see hubby. Not to mention that every other day drug reps bring food in  Who am I kidding though? I have no one to blame but myself  This weekend I'm going to try to cook and get back on my program. Of course I've been saying that for 4 weeks now

Yes, it's all their fault!!! As I sit here with my coffee and eclair...

No SERIOUSLY...I must cook and freeze this weekend. My diet program is a 6 week program and I only have 4 left before going to see my husband. Shame on me!!!!! Although yesterday I shopped all day long and lugged a couple of rugs up the stairs and rearranged furniture. That was a little workout, wasn't it??? I dare say, I'm a little sore today LOOOOL I'm such a spoiled, lazy, a$$!!!!! I don't know why I really bother though...it's not like it matters to him either way. For someone who has a great body, he's not the type of guy that would criticize me or anyone else if they gain weight or get out of shape. So that's one thing that I SOOOOOOO LOVE about him!

It's not easy, but it works and works FAST!!! It's going on 4 years since I lost a majority of my weight. I've been able to keep it off by always going back to the program when some pounds start to creep back. It's basically 5 small meals a day, balanced with a protein and carb or fruit (depending on your body type). Of course, for speedier results, light exercise is recommded such as walking or a very slow jog. There is a specific target heart rate you have according to age. The book talks about people who exercise too hard end up getting a cardio workout, but don't burn much fat. So you keep the workouts light. I have always been able to lose the weight without even working out. Thus, my laziness! But now I don't have much time so I think I'm going to have to drag myself outside or get on one of my exercise machines.

Oh yeah, Lisa...that was another kick I was on  Buying all this exercise equipment and workout DVD's...my only conciliation is that my husband will use them all when he gets here, Inshallah.
