Hi everyone. My name is Yhzel,My K1 visa was approved and be going to US this february 27, 2009.My fiance is still in Iraq, he will be going back to US for our marriage this March 2 . His commander only gave him 1 week vacation. My fiance and I had been discussing things that we need to apply the AOS( adjustment of status as soon as Possible), and to gather all the required documents. His deployment order for IRAQ is until September 2009, and after that , the new military order is 18 months in GERMANY.

My question is what paperworks we need to provide in submitting the AOS application?and how soon can I join him in Germany.

anyone who have same situation as mine?

Thank you

I don't know about the Germany thingy but thought your name as being very unusual. Yhzel, how do you pronounce it may I ask?
