although i havent seen the video (which i really dont have to), my say to this is that I AM PRO-LIFE!

BUT, some circumstances just cant be judge by wrong or right. moral or immoral... if it meant by saving the mother, why not... it's a choice, but one can justify if what she's doing is the right thing to do... i can say more to it but in the end, i probably end up being bias. so i should stop.

abortion, is not a good topic to be discuss per se, since it does not end to whose view is right or wrong... i have my own views that people can never understand why, and i can never understand them either. its a personal beliefs... my husband is pro-choice lol. and i remember how the discussion end... me almost shouting and crying to get my point of view, and him getting louder and walked away (he's going to be late for work because it was a never ending discussion. blame it on the morning news lol). we end up not talking to each other for a day. lol. then we're friends again, and lessoned learn, i dont know wana talk about pro-life and pro-choice anymore lol. and yea same thing happened when we discuss about wearing a helmet and not wearing a helmet while riding a motorcycle...

just my two cents...

God bless to all!!!

My husband used to be pro choice. After we heard our baby's heart beat only 7 weeks into our pregnancy, he changed his mind. He told me "that is a life, no doubt" :luv:

We still understand abortion under certain extreme circumstances, but only if done very very early into the pregnancy. Not someone that wants to abort, I dunno, 8 months into the pregnancy after sex they had out of their own free will

Caro

Moral relativism is what people who try and justify abortion will use, to try and bury the fact that its utterly demonic, deep in their hearts. The fact's are that these innocent victims sacrificed on the altar of selfishness, and satan, are living human beings.

And how people can be flippant towards the idea of abortion is beyond me. Lots of dark hearts these days.

Moral Relativism=Fail

Am a doc. Am pro-life. Doc's mantra..."First, do no harm". To abort a fetus is in essence, murdering a fetus as you are depriving it of life...a life that started at fertilization of an ovum. There has been a debate as to when a fetus becomes a human being. Human DNA is a composite of 26 pairs of chromosomes that make that human, well...human. A fertilized ovum in a matter of hours, already gets this 26 pairs of chromosomes before dividing into two, four, eight, 16, and so on and so forth. So that in my opinion, a fetus becomes a human even before it looks human. And if forcibly taking or cutting short the life of a human is murder, so then abortion appears to be.

There are cases, of course of what we call therapeutic abortion; abortion that NEEDS to be done to save the life of the mother. As to cases of incest, there is still that controversy in that offspring of closely related parents may come out abnormal, so that abortion is ok.

I do not know how this footage was obtained. Some of the fetuses appear to have been aborted without any intervention. i.e. spontaneous abortion. Some appear prematurely still-born. But most do appear aborted, those older fetuses being literally burned with saline.

Even if I were not a doc, i'd still be pro-life. Many couples have wanted kids but were never blessed with a single one. We have one child and we are still waiting and hoping to be given another child. These women were given the most precious gift of life but....well, is not for me to judge. I don't pity these women though....I pity these innocent children.

ok, whatever -- the decision is yours.

that it is, and i support her decision not to.

Freedom of choice

I will put this in the simplistic of terms to the most complicated and painful issue

The freedom of choice in this situations is no different than the freedom to murder a child.

if a mother murders her own child outside the womb we call her a child killer but what is the difference when a woman chooses to murder her child inside the womb? isn't that the same thing but just a question of location?

It disgusts me to see how vile and evil people can be in their own souls to just say "freedom of choice"

freedom of choice is murder but wrapped in around in a legal term that makes evil seem ethical.

disclaimer... (there are woman who do this because they are desperate no where to go they don't need judgement they need help. to save themselves and to save the life within them. eg adoption, counseling etc There are woman who's life is in danger though now these days that is super rare but there are cases now and then. BUT there are a good percent of woman who choose to have convenience abortions just because they don't want to have the child and just snuff them out. and those women may God judge them for the cruel murderes they are for I cannot pitty them.. I do understand somewhat why it happens but it still doesn't make it right and there are ways other than murdering an innocent child to help these women.)

Well, of course. A human is human from conception - it's not an opinion - it's a fact. But at what point is it sentient? At what point is it aware of its environment? Long after birth, to be honest.

A fetus is also, by law, not classified as a human until birth.

There are cases, of course of what we call therapeutic abortion; abortion that NEEDS to be done to save the life of the mother. As to cases of incest, there is still that controversy in that offspring of closely related parents may come out abnormal, so that abortion is ok.

Sometimes abortion is the only option. A fetus may have a syndrome that will mean it's not compatible with life. It may live it's life for 2 weeks, in pain and suffering - which is more humane? An abortion, or letting it suffer for only two weeks until it dies naturally?

If we have a dog or a cat we'd have it euthanised in a similar situation (illness etc).

I do not know how this footage was obtained. Some of the fetuses appear to have been aborted without any intervention. i.e. spontaneous abortion. Some appear prematurely still-born. But most do appear aborted, those older fetuses being literally burned with saline.

An early abortion is often a suction termination. They crush the head and then suck out the placenta and fetus. A late trimester abortion normally involves the heart being injected with potassium - which causes instant death. Then the baby is born via the birth canal.

That is certainly not something ANY woman would do unless in extreme circumstances.

I'm pro-choice. I support any woman having the choice to not continue a pregnancy for reasons like a syndrome, birth defects and so on. I don't support abortion being used as a form of contraception after the fact.
