Hi there. It looks as though it may take some time to get our Fiance Visa (it's been a year now).

Are there any websites a person can peruse for employers that sponsor their employees? Such

as migrant workers, etc. I realize now that with our economy it may not be as easy, however

there must be ranchers, farmers, produce industries that may still require extra labourers?

Thanks for any help that you may give. Oh by the way I'm in South Texas.

if you think about going the employer route, you may think again. you are looking at a long time before they accept I-485 through employement. Have you ever heard of "retrogression"? if not look it it up, and it will answer your questions about why the USA is in retrogression and why you, most likely, looking at couple years before having a visa number (immigrant number) available and assigned to you if going the employer route. they do have a cap on the visa allowed per year.

they don't have a cap when going through marriage route....

hope that helps, but look up retrogression
