Guys send us good vibrations , prayers and everything for us cause my husband and I we decided to resent the forms and all stuffs I130 F . We tried to contact people at USCIS we couldnt get through ....... and we didnt ge t any info... and immigration lawyer didnt call us or answered us! so now we are on God´s hands ...... and wishing everything work well in this time ......

Do you think will have any problem if we resende the papers again ? if they didnt send us any notification to let us know a positive or negative asnwer I guess we can send again right ?

The hardest part for us was the "WAIT" period. It took a lot of patience for us, but somehow we got through it.

Congrats on beginning your visa journey. :)

Married, 7-4-2003 in Bucharest, Romania

I-130 sent in 7-11-2003

I-129F sent in 8-06-2003

VISA approved 6-22-2004

I-130 approved 8-10-2004

EAD approved 1-6-2005

AOS approved 8-10-2005

Green card received on 8-15-05

Green Card returned because of error...received back from INS on 2-15-06

Citizenship, not applied for...yet.

What do you mean "Resend"? if you've already sent your petitions along with the supporting documents before; you have to wait and see what's gonna happen! You Can not keep sending petitions to the USCIS just like that. did you get a notice of action or something?!

and if you did send it I think its at the wrong place It needs to be at the Vermont Service Center this is some thing you have to stick with this is not a game :P

Do you have a I-130 filed?

If the lawyer has not filed the I-129F for the K-3 you may want to fire him/her and just proceed with the CR/IR-1 because typically the K-3 is only a month or 2 faster.

If the lawyer took your forms and took your money and won't return your calls I'd be reporting him to the locals who handle licensing ASAP to file a complaint! And/or personally head down to his/her office to track them down. The phone is useless in such instances, a ringing phone can be ignored more easily than an angry customer in the office!
