Is Packet 3 Just a Letter?

So to be clear. The forms that are suppose to be sent after packet 3 received are:

DS-156-not singed

DS156K-not singed

DS157 Only if u are a male ( singed or not singed???? )

DS-230 pasrt 1-to be singed

and 2 photos do this have to be mailed with the forms, or they have to be brought on the time of the interview?

they have changed it a couple of weeks ago

send all forms x 2

DS-230 part 1 signed

DS-156 not signed

DS 156k not signed

DS 157 nowhere to sign - this is required for females as well as males now
