My wife came to USA with k-3 six month before. Her EAD expires in 6 month.

My question:

1- I understand that k-3 is good for 2 year. How do I renew it?

2- How do I renew EAD?

3- Next step: Can I apply for consular processing instead of 485?

Thanks for your help.

1. You cant RenewK-3 Visa.

2.If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, on July 30, 2007, or after, then no fee is required to file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765. You may file the I-765 concurrently with your I-485, or you may submit the I-765 at a later date. If you file Form I-765 separately, you must also submit a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of an I-485.

You may be eligible to file this form electronically. Please see the related link "Introduction to Electronic Filing" for more information

3. U have to file 485
