Forgot the check when mailing I-129F, So instead of waiting for the packet to be returned I've decided to put a new I129F in the mail today

It's all the same info with a few items I forgot in the first I129F.

If you managed to get a new original G325a from the beneficiary and a new original letter of intent, sure, go for it. You can't just mail off a set of your photocopies.

Don't forget the written letters showing the post marks.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Thanks pushbrk, I had him fill out and sign two sets just in case of disaster. Which disaster struck!
