Hello Everyone,

I just mailed in my husband's completed N-400 along with documents requested. However, after reading on here, I am concerned that they will consider the packet incomplete. One of the documents that is asks for is for tax returns. I noticed a lot of people that posted on this forum have sent IRS transcripts. Instead of transcripts, we sent in copies of our returns for the last 3 years. Will this be a problem?

I sent our copies of our tax returns. But I ordered the transcripts from the IRS now and that way I will have them for the interview if they ask for them.

Just tried that new e-filing, couldn't find any of our W-2's or 1099's, so had to manually type all those in. Was able to print out the forms, but no IRS labels that my wife's IO wanted to see.

I have some kind of condition that can't find an answer too, can be inches away from my computer screen and everything looks perfect, but print it out and can spot an error a mile away. Meaning, could print out all the forms before submitting them, ha, was wondering if that would be acceptable to the USCIS? But also need therapy after dealing with the USCIS for five years, that is no longer a concern for us.

Ha, wonder when the USCIS is going paperless, everybody else is.

Don't worry about it. I did the same for my wife's K1, AOS, Removal and citizenship - no one asked any questions yet. My copies are also not signed (as I file electronically) but no one has raised any issues with that either. Good Luck
