The I-864 has been giving me a lot of trouble due to some challenges in getting transcripts from the IRS. I have, however received a fax copy and I am wondering if I could use a fax copy with the cover page as proof of salary? Any ideas?

Really not sure on how a faxed copy will be received by NVC. All you can do is try if that's all you could get, and see what happens. There is only one way of finding out. Do you have your tax returns?

You can find me on FBI

Don't know if this will help you but I had a difficult time getting my transcripts as well and ended up using Accuverify. They got them for me in 24 hours.

I just sent away for Accuverify! :) Thanks for the heads up! I got a response and they're working on them right now. I certainly hope they come up with the easy solution versus trying to use this fax document.
