Waiting for an interview date is really driving me crazy!!! GRRRR!!

Right there with you! How many of us are there right now? I hope they have someone work on the scheduling the K1 interviews soon. I am going insane!!!!!!

Woo hoo!!!!! We are DONE.. man oh man!! .. Talked to John at 5:30 this morning CST.. and his interview took 2.5 hours (9am to11:30 am UK). He said it went smoothly, he only forgot his original Birth Certificate and Police Certificate, but other than that it went great.. he will post in a bit for the UK interview thread. They told him to get a courier to deliver the originals (he's doing that today or tomorrow), then it will just take an extra day or two for the Visa to arrive. APPROVED!!

Wendy, be sure to tell him to send in originals AND COPIES!!!! If he just sends in originals they will be added to his file and he won't get them back. If he sends the copies, the originals should be packed outside of the "do not open" envelope with his passport so he can have them for his own records.

I sent off my DS forms today, i paid to get them there asp and it to be tracked. post office said be there monday , and the embassy have to sign for it. Im being very carefull, i never received package 3 and i havent a clue why i didnt so im hoping the DS forms get there ok and i receive package 4.

My fiance rang i think it was the DOS a few weeks ago and they said my package 3 had been prepared to send on september the 16th but i never recieved it, i posted on here and ppl said i didnt need it really because its just a link to the embassy website for the forms ( which i had already found) so i was told just to fill them out,i had my medical last week so that over and done with.

yeh you'll be fine if you wanted you could ring the DOS again and find out if the embassy has received your medical results.. give it 5 days since the medical exam though. doing that was another thing that put my mind at ease that london has opened up my file

I agree! After we received our NOA2, I was all hyped up for a week or so, then quickly settled down to another long wait.

Even though the wait for an interview date shouldn't be as long as the wait between NOA2 and packet 3, I feel like I'm going more and more stir crazy with each day. I had my medical on Thursday, so maybe it's just because I know this is the last step towards getting the K1. I got confirmation from the post office that my checklist was delivered on the 16th, so I expect there's a good few weeks waiting time still to go for me before I get my interview letter. I am thinking I might be able to get an update from DoS if I phone them Monday.

good idea . I had my medical 20th of this month, iv already received a copy of my blood test results, so the embassy might have my result too (Hopefully). Im so nervous if i have got all the DS forms right, iv filled them out millions of times due to finding mistakes , i checked them over and over but my mind just keeps thinking about it lol.

when did you get your blood test results?! i had my medical on 21st october and just never received the blood test results.... anyone else not receive them??

Are you supposed to receive a copy? I had my medical a month before my interview and never heard ANYTHING back from my medical or blood test. No one mentioned anything at the interview either.

this wednesday i got my result (26th november ) so it took 4 working days for me to recieve them.
