When Will My Case at NVC be Completed?

Folks,

My I-864 was received by NVC on June 2. My DS-230 was delivered at NVC on June 13. When can I expect completion of my CR-1 Case at NVC? Should the I-864 Financial Review have been completed by now? They say they take 2-4 weeks to review it...! How long does it take for NVC to complete the DS-230 review? Please help. Can I hope for it to be completed by June 23rd? or I am dreaming too much....

Folks,

It can be complete by the end of this month, unless they send you back the DS 230 I and/or I-864 for any missing part. Let's hope that is not the case. It seems to me you are almost done with NVC.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

i too have almsot the same dates as u..

they told me the 1-864 was completed

and they got the ds 230 on june 8, and that it was entered into the system on june 12.

so i too am waiting.

I am also hoping that it gets approved by June 26 or earlier..cuz they received it on June 14. Its Day 6 now. I think they perform the DS-230 review in 8 business days at this time. So, Keeping an eye on the 26th but also checking every day for a miracle..Please post any updates asap..Thanks for your help.

I always tell myself to give them at least 2 weeks to get through stuff. That way, if they do it in less than 2 weeks, I feel better. :)

]Hi!! I am new at this foro, this is great for me to have found you because I am in the same situation :yes: . Nvc receive my papers (some corrections they asked me to make to my I-864) on June 8, I knew that by calling the nvc operator on June 12.

Now, I am waiting to have any other notice about my case. I would like to know that my case is completed and they are going to send it to my country us embassy. Do you think it could be this week? :star: I hope so! :D and for all of you too!! I have waiting for my paper by 8 years!!
