Hello everybody

My fiance called customer service center and asked for our case status. Lady on the phone said that right now they're still reviewing April filers in 2008. So we need about 6 months to be reviewed and maybe get second notice of action.

Hereby, i'd like to know your opinion about how much does it take to get approved? so 11 months to get NOA 2? but statistics show that average time of getting NOA 2 is 3-5 months.:blink::innocent:

Thank you

If you look at your timeline it says Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between March 23, 2009 and April 5, 2009*.

They are halfway through approving September filers so it maybe in the next month or so. You can check the approvals as they come in here http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthl...=2&sortby=2

Because it does. There is no real answer to that but it can be due to a combination of security checks, caseload, government protocols etc etc. I assume you filed at Vermont since that is on your timeline, but they have just started to pick up the pace recently, so you may see approval in the next couple of months.
