B2 to H1 status conversion??? plz guide.....

hi. plz someone guide me... :wacko:

1. how quickly can one with B2 can get processed H1 status while living in USA?

2. If h1 process is filed from employer but it is in the process n pending; & the deadline for the employee on b2 to

leave usa arrives, can that person with b2 is legally competent to stay in USA on the basis that his h1 status

processing is underway?

I will be higly obliged to the one who can help me out in this regard
