my joint sponsor is retired , is it ok?as long as he makes enough money

he is my father in law , what should i write in relation of sponsor to applicant

the last part if the sponsor intends or no to make specific contributions to the applicant ? yes or no

in case of yes , what should be written??[/size]

yes he can be retired

relationship is father in law

specific contribution - no

yes he can be retired

relationship is father in law

specific contribution - no

is it better to submitt both i134 and 1864

since i1864 is more strict , i know they just need i134 but what if i give them both

since i1864 is more strict , i know they just need i134 but what if i give them both

One at a time. The K3 visa process uses the I-134 for the visa and I-864 for adjustment of status. For CR1, it's the I-864 only.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
